Refund Policy


At FlexCompression we place a lot of importance on ensuring customer satisfaction. Easy returns are just one of the ways that we can help ensure that. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will refund the purchase price of any order returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Policy

When returning items please complete the following steps

1. Ensure that it has been less than 30 days since the item was delivered. We don't accept returns or exchanges after the 30 day period.

2. Contact customer service with name, email, and order#. This will help speed up the process. support@flexcompression.com

3. Return the items with all items, packaging, and pack slip from the original order.

4. For returns totaling over $20 it is recommended to use tracking and insured shipping.

5. Once your refunded product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

6. Upon approval of your return all funds will be credited back to your original method of payment.

Return Conditions

Please note that before proceeding with the refund or exchange, customer service will assure that the following conditions are respected:

1 . Only one return shipment will be authorized per order. Please verify your order in its entirety before proceeding with the return.

2. If a product is damaged after the reception of your package, you have a delay of thirty (30) days after the reception of the package to contact customer service and proceed with an exchange or refund.

3. If your product is not damaged, you have a delay of thirty (30) days after the reception of your package to contact customer service and proceed with an exchange or refund. If the thirty (30) days has elapsed since the reception of your package, please note that we do not accept any returns.

For complete cancellation of an order, all promotional products, including free samples and gift with purchases must be returned.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Lost or Stolen Packages

FlexCompression is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, FlexCompression will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at support@flexcompression.com

Purchases made online are not eligible for returns or exchanges at a retailer store.

If you purchased your item at a retailer, please return the item to the retailer for a quicker resolution. In the event that the retailer refuses to accept your return, please contact FlexCompression customer service.
